We hosted a Bluegrass jam tent in the Community Village at the Vancouver Folk Music Festival July 15, 16 and 17th to raise awareness of bluegrass music and the Vancouver bluegrass scene.  We had over 20 PBHS volunteer members come out to jam in the booth with pretty much a non-stop jam from about 10:00 am to 6:00 pm both Saturday and Sunday and also a couple of hours Friday night.   John Showman (whom we know best from the Foggy Hogtown Boys and who was performing with his band New Country Rehab) came by twice and jammed with us.  Thanks to everyone who came out to help.  The booth seemed to be popular with the crowds as they wandered past.
